Will Ferrell returned to his old stomping grounds to host the Saturday, January 27, episode of Saturday Night Live, with musical guest Chris Stapleton . The former cast member brought the laughs in every single sketch, from the cold open to Weekend Update. Here are a few of our favorite moments. George W. Bush’s Cold Open Ferrell brushed the cobwebs off of his always entertaining George W. Bush impression for the cold open, reminding Americans how “historically not good” the 43rd president was. Bush rattled off his list of transgressions, including starting two wars that the U.S. is still in. Although he’s so “popular AF” in the Trump era that he could end up on Mount Rushmore, we think he should probably stick to getting that MFA from University of Phoenix (Online).   Ferrell’s Off-Kilter Monologue Ferrell is perhaps the only host who could’ve pulled off this wacky monologue. After a supposed head injury left him bleeding from the front and back of his head, the SNL veteran a

Bizarre Food’s Andrew Zimmern: Show Is Taking a ‘History-Focused Approach’

Andrew Zimmern is always game for an adventure. The Bizarre Food host opens up about the new season of his hit Travel Channel series in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly . Stars Who Got Their Start on Reality TV Now in its 12th season, the travel series will embark on what 56-year-old Zimmern called “epicurean exploration to reveal the food and stories behind notable characters, cultures and mythology.”  “We’re taking a more historical route and history-focused approach,” the host explained to Us. “Taking the Romantic Road in Bavaria, driving the Amalfi Coast, following Napoleon’s route across Poland into Russia is a fascinating underpinning, story wise.” Zimmern also touched on the preparation that goes into each episode, which includes “casting and nailing down the stories and tethering those food stories to the history and the root.” He added: “Just because I’m in Poland doesn’t mean we can say, ‘Napoleon came through here,’ right?” “The extra level of finish and those e

‘Sex and the City’ Drama Through the Years: A Timeline

Just as Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte had their adventures, the cast of Sex and the City have been on what seems like a roller coaster since the show began in 1999. After running for six seasons, the HBO series wrapped in 2004. The costars went on to reprise their roles four years later: Sarah Jessica Parker ,  Kim Cattrall ,  Kristin Davis  and   Cynthia Nixon starred in two Sex and the City films, one in 2008 and a second in 2010. However, the drama has never stayed on the screen. Us Weekly has put together a timeline of all of the cast’s ups and downs over the years.
